- Continuous output: enough for the combined running watts.
- Surge output: enough for refrigerator, pump, compressor, or tool startup.
- Capacity: 3000W output is not the same as 3000Wh storage.
- Battery chemistry: LFP usually favors cycle life; compare warranty and weight.
- Recharge input: solar and AC input determine how fast you recover after an outage night.
Best use cases
Look at 3000W-class systems for fridge plus essentials, RV weekends, worksite tools with charging breaks, and short outage coverage. For whole-home circuits or 240V loads, compare higher inverter classes and transfer equipment.
